**Exchanges for a Different Size:**
- You may exchange an item for a different size within 10 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
- If the desired size is not available, we will issue store credit for the original purchase price.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange.

**Store Credit:**
- If you are not interested in exchanging for a different size, we offer store credit for the value of the returned item.
- Store credit can be used for any future purchases on our website.
- Store credit does not expire and is non-transferable.

**Exchange Process:**
1. Please email our customer support team at issalifestyleathleticapparel@gmail.com,  to initiate the return process. In your email, provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. After receiving approval, securely package the item and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation email.

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without their original tags.
